These classes provide a focused and personalized learning experience tailored to your swimmer’s unique needs and goals. Private lessons are a great choice for children who prefer one-on-one learning or for children looking to accelerate their progress in the pool.

Parent & Me: Baby Fin
3 Months to 3 Years | 6 Students Max
These interactive classes focus on water comfort, a gentle introduction to water safety, and parent-child bonding. We are excited to provide a safe and welcoming environment for you and your child to explore the water together. Parent or guardian joins class in the water.
Group Lessons: Fin Kids, Level One
3 Years and Up | 3 Students Max
These classes are for beginners. Swimmers learn the core Water Safety essential skill set, including breath control, floating, kicking, self-rescue, and introduction to using arms. Choose from two categories based on the swimmer’s current age.

Entry-level class focused on water safety, for swimmers 3 to 5 years old.

Entry-level class focused on water safety, for swimmers 5 years old and up.
Group Lessons: Fin Kids, Level Two to Five
3 Years and Up | 4 Students Max
These classes are for swimmers who have covered the beginner basics and are prepared to learn proper stroke technique. Swimmers learn all four strokes advanced water safety skills. Choose from four levels based on the swimmer’s current abilities.

Must haves: One Fin skills and ability to float independently.
In Two Fin, swimmers work on perfecting their kicks, freestyle swimming (big arms) with side breaths, and the fundamentals of swimming on your back.

Must haves: Two Fin skills, ability to float independently and ability to swim freestyle for a distance of 10+ feet.
In Three Fin, swimmers work on perfecting their freestyle form (including side breaths) and learn the fundamentals of backstroke. -
Must haves: Three Fin skills, ability to swim freestyle for a distance of 25+ feet and basic backstroke technique.
In Four Fin, swimmers build up to multiple pool lengths of freestyle, become proficient in backstroke, and work on the fundamentals of breaststroke.

Must haves: Four Fin skills, ability to swim freestyle for a distance of 100+ feet, ability to swim backstroke for a distance of 50+ feet, and ability to swim breaststroke for a distance of 50+ feet.
In Five Fin, swimmers work on building up to multiple pool lengths of each stroke and learn the fundamentals of butterfly. Students also learn some competitive aspects of swimming, including turns, starts, and individual medley.
Adult Water Exercise
Adults Only
Whether you’re just looking for an aquatic group workout or recovering from an injury or procedure, there is a class for everyone! We offer a variety of different experience and difficulty levels to match your needs. 60 minute classes with experienced water exercise instructors.
